Clinical Negligence Solicitor Job Role
Job description:
The role is an excellent opportunity to be exposed to a wide range of excellent quality clinical negligence cases. The role is self-supporting with some paralegal administrative assistance.
The day-to-day role involves:
• Handling matters in accordance with client SLAs
• Initial report/review and setting strategy for the management of the claim
• Reviewing evidence (Witness statements, GP records, Occupational Health/ Personnel records, property inspection reports)
• Dealing with Disclosure
• Drafting questions to medical experts
• Review and report re exchange of evidence, receipt of medical evidence, joints statements or at any other stage
• Attending Conferences and Trial with Counsel
• Preparing/checking Trial Bundles
• Training and supporting more junior team members to

The role is an in-office position. There is a generous bonus structure in place based on fee income.
